My Practice
I focus my practice on legal matters involving:
- Business Law. I provide comprehensive counsel to businesses, handling all aspects of business formation, as well as the negotiation, review and preparation of business contracts. I prepare and file all formation documents for partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. I draft vendor and customer agreements, employment contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, financing instruments and business leases.
- Estate Planning. I will help you prepare and put in place an effective plan for the distribution of your assets and the care of your minor children, in the event of your disability or death. I will prepare the documents necessary to establish and implement your estate plan, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
- Medical Licensing Law. I represent medical professionals in licensing and disciplinary proceedings. A former appointee to the Medical Quality Assurance Commission, I have personally helped over 250 individuals resolve licensing problems involving substance abuse, professional competence, insurance or billing disputes, and other areas of unprofessional conduct.
- Medical Malpractice. I represent individuals who have been injured because of alleged medical negligence from medical and hospital care.
